These books are tiny. The perfect little bite sized read but if your like me they have you needing more.

I feel like this could have been just one book for all four of them and I still would have devoured it.

Can wait to see what else happens. I’m obsessed with Neil and he better not break my heart let me tell you that.

This book was the perfect short read that I needed.

The characters are so well written and feel so real and emotional. I love the two love interest and if this turns into a love triangle and not a why choose situation I will be very upset. I love them both so much.

I didn’t like Heather from the beginning and the fact the Halie was so scared of losing her was confusing it was clear from the beginning she wasn’t a good person.

I wish we got more from the ending. It felt very rushed and could have been dragged a bit to bring some suspense to the story.

Enjoyed the book and can’t wait to see where it leads.

I loved this book.

Like Marcus and Leila have such a gripping and powerful love story.

BUT

The story itself felt like it was telling someone else’s story. It still felt like it was still Haley’s and Coopers story. The parts that were Marcus and Leila were all told to us. Instead of showing us.

I still enjoyed it but I felt like so much more should have been explored with the pair and their own story.

I didn’t even realise this was written by Katie when I started reading.
I probably should have realised when it had cheating and the MC falling immediately in love when the girl decides not to stick around.

In saying that though I throughly enjoyed this book. I wish there was some more world building. Or at the very least a more understanding on how this came to be. How did the elders get completely control over the water??

Still I enjoyed the grovelling and the romantic side of the story a lot.

Cade Eaton

That’s literally all I have to say.
Cade Eaton is completely and utterly daddy and I am just as obsessed.

Willa is so funny and amazing. The way she immediately loves Luke and gives him that motherly role model the boy needed. It made my heart hurt for him. It made me love them so much.

All I wanted. All I needed. Was a real showdown with Talia. I wanted that women to know everything she’s missed out on because she decided to leave. I wanted that woman hurting and wishing she could be Willa but knowing she never will be.
I was so annoyed when the chapter changed and the day of the party was gone.

I cried so much in this book.

The beginning of the book is definitely a bit slow in terms of things happening. The first like five chapters have so much description and prose that the story barely moves and as we continue every time we meet someone new or move to a new location it takes a fair amount of paragraphs before we get back to the story.

Also at the beginning there is some inconsistencies in time and plot.

And then at the end I felt some loose ends that needed more information. Not the be all end all to leave open but enough that had me looking at the book trying to figure it out.

In saying that I read books not to see the issues but how the story takes me in.
And this story had me in a tight hold. The emotion is so real though out that I had to stop reading multiple times just to cry.

When I picked up the story I hadn’t expected such hard topics being discussed like I knew it was a murder book and what came with that but this hit topics that I don’t normally find in the ones I read.

Still I could be interested to pick up more from the author and will be recommending this book to others with a reminder for them to check the trope warnings

This book was a fun read.

I liked the characters a lot and their stories all had me hooked. I can’t wait to see what other wolves we will follow in the future. I have some ideas about who will end up together and if nothing else it makes me excited to continue.

In saying that there was some plot holes and such. Nothing to take away from the experience but enough to stop me for a second.

Still I loved it and am interested in continuing.

This book while read in just one day is definable going to stick with me.

My heart is broken from the life she’s had to live and the way it’s still struggling along. I hope this series ends with the happiest of endings because that’s all she deserves.

I don’t know how she can accept Grayson and I hope when he eventually finds the truth he fucking begs her. I won’t accept anything less.

A lot like the others from the author but out of all the books so far this one seems the most realistic in why he started cheating but the way he switches so fast to not wanting to divorce seems a little unrealistic.
Still enjoyed the book and the characters.

Much like the other cheating story by this author. I thought it had some interesting areas that with more time could have grown to be something spectacular.

Instead in left wanting more.

Still entertaining quick read that makes me feel happier after reading.

Can’t wait to see more from the author.
