Some nice poems if you're in a hetero relationship.

It's a wholesome romantic comedy, playing with all the tropes. Good for relaxing.

It reminded me a bit of that movie a couple of years back in which a young woman finds the truth about her village and how the elders have made up a monsterous lie to keep them safe from the real world.

But Sennen is better than that movie because it takes the same idea but makes it about classism and corporate dictatorship and it does so by focusing on the emotional and psychological effects of realising that truth.

The downside is that it feels like it's only the first chapter of that story. Because finding out about the truth is one thing, how to live  with it is a whole other one.

This is so bamboozeling wild and weird, I don't know what to think.

I do respect the author's effort to explain the attraction of metal and while I agree with some points (metal is existentialist), I disagree with many others (metal is a child of Romanticism).
In general - to use a term the author emphasises - the book didn't resonate with me.

It was okay I guess. Most characters are a little bit too annoying for me.
