Slow start, but once some of the characters connected it flowed so quickly.
Beautifully written and painted a wonderful image of the city. Romantic despite the impending dark ending.

The pages flew by. Practically yelling at the pages to have the characters talk to each other!!
I enjoyed this one immensely, Marcellus was charming and a magical touch to the story.
Cameron’s childlike demeanour, though understandable, was so annoying.
Touching and heartwarming story of grief and finding your place in the world.

Just so magical and lighthearted. Enjoyed every minute of it. Some heartwarming and hilarious moments throughout. Lucy is my favourite character far and away, thoroughly enjoyed how accurate of a 7 year old he is.
Nice to have Arthur’s narration this time.

Dazzling and magical telling of complex experiences, loved how Boy Snow and Bird were built and who they grew to be.
Enjoyed the puzzling mirror element, and how our environments and families shape who we are, how we see ourselves (or don’t) in the world.

Beautiful. Haunting. Life goes on after loss and unknowing. It has to.

Really wonderful premise, loved the story and twists that unfolded.
Quite a simple writing style, this had soooo much potential and left me wanting more. Felt vaguely YA

Wonderfully woven. Always a joy to read and I love the common universe and characters between her books. Finished this feeling very satisfied with the story and how it all tied up
