This book was life changing for my during graduate school and still is today. It follows a man and his son through a long physical journey through the United States on motorcycles. They take the scenic byways, the back roads, the unexplored areas of our country. They fix their motorcycles and wax philosophic. The is a wonderful discussion about classical verses romantic thought! So much fun and so enlightening.
