It’s very long winded and the protagonist is annoying.

Operation Lighthouse: Reflections on our Family's Devastating Story of Coercive Control and Domestic Homicide by Luke Hart, Ryan Hart

I thought it was going to describe and explain coercive tactics and behaviour but it’s more about their experience and how they coped following the murders of their mother and sister by their father. I also didn’t like the writing style - it was far too simplistic and descriptive.
