I like the concept of the story, I liked most of the characters. It just felt so dragged… My ebook said it has 374 pages but honestly it felt like 600 instead. I wasn’t bored and most of the book also felt necessary to be told. But the first 30% were really slow, a lot of build up. I almost gave up at one point. I‘m glad I pushed through, it was overall good imo. Just felt really long. Favorite character: Sinbad🤎 obviously.

Wow I couldn’t put it down. I read it in one sitting. Will definitely continue this series!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
Insta-Love. The pacing of the story is all over the place. The first part I read was really fast paced and then the story had some hiccups. Slow, dragging, fast (the insta love part). So yeah… not for me.

It was ok. I liked the concept.. and everything was ok until ‚the big reveal‘. It was my fault tho because I like to go blind into thrillers/mysteries. The blurb clearly states, that it’s a supernatural thriller.. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It was a quick read for sure, but not my cup of tea.

So I just finished: „Where the drowned Girls go“ and wanted to see when the next one in this series will be released. To my surprise I found this one. And got very sad.

I really liked Christopher in the other books and hoped he would get his own book. After reading this, I kinda know who are getting their own books next. Oh well 🥺.

It was still cute to read the short story of Mariposa. But I wished for more.

I don’t understand why this wasn’t in Jack and Jills book, it’s just 30 pages.. but it was ok. Just makes their book feel kinda rushed, when we get a backstory here that could‘ve easily been written into their book.
