Did not finish book. Stopped at 5%.
I got this book because I was interested in the story of a serial killer that was not as well known. By chapter 3 the story had diverted into a story about two authors and the political happenings of the world at the time. These facts would have been interesting, but focusing on them takes away from where the focus of the book should be, the lesser known serial killer. It feels like the serial killer story is a footnote in what should be his book.
