I was hoping to come across a good story with angels in it as I find most of them a bitz silly, and I was a bit let down with this story. I didn' like the Gargori aspect and I didn't like the whole Lincoln and Phoenix thing going on. And just Lincoln. And then Violet as a character, I couldn't click with her and what she was thinking. But it was different.

Oh my god, I am so overwhelmed right now. This book was incredible. It was definitely not a let down. So many secrets revealed and mysteries solved, only leading to others. An absolute page turner, this book had me squirming and squealing the whole way through. The characters we knew, or thought we knew, kept this story very much alive and anticipating.

Oh my god, THIS BOOK. My heart broke over and over again. Alina is on the hunt for the 3rd amplifier and!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Ugh yeah I loved this book. Surprises and shocks and tears. Oh god. Story is really good and there is always a great presence of the Darkling when he's in a scene so he's an interesting character.

The Outside is dangerous and when Aria is cast out she finds herself changing. Really grew to like the characters in this book. And I loved the Aether. I could really imagine it in the sky with it's flowing waves of energy. And of course the enhanced senses was a nice element to the story.

This was an epic ending to the Shatter Me series. The plot was awesome with Adam and Aaron showing their true colours, as well as the rising against The Reestablishment. Juliette's powers give a sense of strength to her character as well as her new mentality with the revelation of the war. This book was so exciting and a very good read. I really enjoyed the author's style as I found her very creative with her descriptions.

This book was a great continuation from the first. So much happens, and we see Juliette growing as she becomes independent and learns to understand her power. We see more tension in the story as Juliette struggles in the compound and her confusion adds to the exciting story. The ending promises a new side to Juliette that is anticipating...

Ugh this series. I wanted to keep going because there is so much about it. But again the idea of the Selection just annoys me. America could be such a good character but now she worries about how she looks and what the prince thinks. I ship her with Aspen. Just saying. Anyway, she can never make up her mind for the whole book. Go Aspen.
