Cute

Short story about seeing fairies. Fun and interesting. Though I did want the story to continue. I will read more by this author.

Emily is a widow, was a real estate agent now a private investigator. Her late husband's client Deli a asks her to finish his investigation he was working on before he was murdered. His murder is unsolved. Emily begins to find clues that her husband wasn't who she thought he was. In the middle of all this Deli a's husband is murdered and she is arrested. Emily sets out to clear Delia. Meanwhile, a new detective in town, Colin, catches her heart. They start out rocky and conflict on the case at first. In the end, they catch the killer of Delia's husband and begin a relationship. Still unanswered questions remain. I will definitely read the next book in the series. Terrific characters and exciting story. Well written.

This is an under water story with mermaids as the main characters. At first the filling in of the characters and the world is confusing with the different words. But when it comes to the day of Serafina's leader ceremony things heat up and the action gets interesting. The plot kept me reading to find out the ending. The writer makes way for the next book which I will definitely read. I bought all three books in the series. A definite fantasy story to get lost in. Lots of great descriptions. Writer has a good imagination.

I enjoyed the book. Definitely reading the other books in the series. She does give a lot of detail on scenery which I could do without but it's good writing. I liked the twists in who did the killing. It kept me guessing. Good characters, not the typical nice people.

Terrific, fast moving book. Funny. Interesting. Lovable characters. So glad I came across this at the library. Will be reading the rest.

As always great writing. Love Alex Cross character. Fast moving. Good murder mystery. But I hated ending, I want to know what happened. lol
