This was a wonderful start to a unique twist of Greek mythology. Plenty of twist and turns in this building story line following Sera’s story that i cannot wait to see where it ends! Personally hoping for a bit of groveling in the next book from shadow boy, and even though the book was a slow start for me in the beginning the world built by Dori was wonderfully told across her pages.

this was a slow burn I enjoyed so much I didn’t realize it was one and could hardly put it down. Thankfully we had some long car rides and I didn’t have to. This book featured twists and turns that kept me on my toes. Hades and Persephone are flawless in this version with so many glimpses of a wonderful Greek mythology retelling. I’m anxious and ready to see where the rest of this series leads though I’m not sure if my heart is ready for coming angst.

The world building and background for hades in his side of the story is amazing. You could tell it was a he fell first story and this proves it including crucial information in the background of events happening during Persephones perspective.  It was a wonderful read and almost wish there was a way to read both sides together!

this book was such a sweet and cute read. Perfect read for a fall and hockey romantic. Logan and Parker are definitely couple goals with this second a chance romance. If you need a break from dark romance as well I highly recommend or if you just want a great clean read I’d look no further. Can’t wait to see more down the line!

I was not prepared for the emotional roller coaster this book put me on and near the end lord did it break my heart and make me cry. Brynne was one of the most relatable characters I’ve known cause my brain felt called out with her thought process and thought I wish we had gotten more of Augusts point of view I still enjoyed the book so much. I literally couldn’t put it down and their love story was definitely one for the memory books

Cade and Izzy’s story was going to be one for the books I just knew it with this brilliant author behind the wheel. Plenty of the dark spice for any mafia romance fans but I loved the story line and glimpses into other books characters as they intertwined. It was a heart breaking read I could not put down in the end and worth every minute of the rollercoaster ride it put me on.
