informative inspiring reflective medium-paced

This book is truly fantastic, maybe the best I've read on this topic. The author starts with a brief history of slavery and integration and then discusses how racial messaging is used today to exploit the masses and take away public goods from everything to union busting to school funding to public pools. Her pacing is good and she uses many stories as examples that always engaging. As an aside, she narrates the audiobook and does a wonderful job at that as well. I would recommend this book to anybody.
