I feel 
as if I’m on the moon listening to the air hiss
out of my spacesuit, and I can’t find the hole. I’m 
the vice president of panic, and the president is

Panic and awe are the same to me. I love life and I hate death so when you try to describe to me what it feels like to want to die I can only look at you Like you are a slow-burning planet And I am pouring water through a telescope.

Here it is: the new way of living with the world inside of us so we cannot lose it, and we cannot be lost. You and me are us and them, and it and sky.
