I have an ebook of this one, but as soon as it would be possible I might get the paperback. Wild Chai is a book that takes all of your sense into each page, and I think I missed the tactile pleasure.

I like that you can literally start wherever you want, the effect it will have on you is always the same: like a winter sun ray that breaks through the window and gifts you some warmth.

It is the book to read when you need comfort, when meditation is not your forte but you need to reconnect, when you are having a cup of tea, when you need to know that it is okay to slow down, when you have a flame within yourself.

Wild Chai is a gentle caress and a firework spark with a strong feminin perspective.

Really recommend it!

I didn’t like it, I loved it!
This is THE book for all the romantics, for all the day dreamers, for everyone.
Noelle Darilek writings is fresh, it’s a summer kiss, it takes you somewhere else.
Her writing is accessible to everyone, no need to be a fan of poetry to appreciate this book and the richness in her words and the vivid pictures she depicts.

Alexis Mitchell’s writing is authentic and that makes her a poet worth reading.
this collection that takes you in her personal journey contains verses that can speak to anyone regardless of where they are in life.
I really appreciated the simple way she writes of complex and often tortuous feelings.

My coffee split on this book, which is usually a sign of me being so much into something that my clumsiness gets worse. I am damn sorry for it being tortured, I always try taking care of books, but these pages violated me first: it felt like reading some of my own memories, of relationships especially. Best poetry I read in a while, he is definitely something else than the contemporary so called poets of today.

You know that feeling when you are reading a book that gets you totally sucked into the pages and you want to slow down for it to last longer but also you need to keep reading? That’s how I felt with this.

It has blown my mind how gracefully pain has been written. “Shapes” is my favorite. Each word keeps echoing in my soul now, especially those last lines. I’ll keep carrying them with me. Swipe to read.

Did you experience a series of traumas in a non functional family? Then, I think this is definitely for you the same way it’s been for me. The pages of this collection opened up some scars but it didn’t hurt, the poetry, the choice of words has been healing at the same time. It’s not the only topic, Alecia Gabrielle words cover much more, but it’s what came through the most for me.

I could recommend you this book in so many different ways but I’ll just say: get it, read it, and read it again.

P.s.: Alecia Gabrielle, yes, you are a hell of woman.
