I liked the family aspect of this book. The relationship between the FMC and her niece was the only reason I kept reading. Knox is the worst male love interest I’ve read. He’s immature, sexist and only thinks with his dick. You would think him being a millionaire and taking care of the town would make him a decent character but I couldn’t stand it when he would verbally abuse Naomi just because he was attracted her and he didn’t like that he liked her. Also the only reason he didn’t like that he liked her was that when he first met her she had daisies in her hair. 🙄 So infuriating. Disappointed the cover is really pretty, I’m glad didn’t buy it
