Finally the answers we needed to make sense of the whole Jedha debacle! Took a while, but we got there.

This was a good run. I like the little tidbits of background information it gives on Yoda, and how it comes full circle in the last issue.

That last issue also had one intense scene that pretty much sent it down into horror territory. Very well done.

But by gods the artist who drew Anakin must hate him. That chin… I couldn’t concentrate on the rest of the panel any time I saw his face.

The last 2 issues shed some light on some of the background stuff happening during The Battle of Jedha.
It was nice to finally get to see what the Herald and the Mother look like.

I still think there's way too much happening on Jedha in that span, and too many characters to keep track of to really get attached to any of them. I don't think I'll remember any of them by the end of this phase.

I'm curious as to why this story is suggested after The Battle of Jedha in the chronological order... I guess it must have been printed after, but the twist at the end is pretty similar to THR comics issue 3, so it doesn't give away anything.

I do like the nuance it gives to the sect though.
Shows not all the Brotherhood was guilty of colluding with the Path.

I wish I could get into this phase as much as I did phase 1. It just doesn’t pull me in.

There was a lot going on in this book. I’m glad I had the script, as I guess I would’ve had trouble following along with the audio, if only for the number of characters. The script format does lend well to the action-based writing, though. Things unfolded quickly and it contributed to the sense of urgency the author tried to convey.

I did like Keth, as well as the relationship between Aida and Creighton. Unfortunately, apart from them I didn’t care much for anyone. I feel the characters were underdeveloped and the plot itself didn’t feel as poignant as the end of phase 1.

I am mainly continuing with this for the sake of understanding Marchion Ro’s past. Everything else is okay, but doesn’t draw me in much.

It’s cool to know where Sab comes from, and to see a little more of Maz. Didn’t love the plot, but those characters are interesting.

Also DEX!!!!! He looks awful with that mustache, but it’s always a treat to see him.

oh that's a good one. Didn't like the way Whool's story kinda mirrors homophobia IRL, but I get it.

An okay little addition that brings pieces of the puzzle together. I'm still not a huge fan of phase 2, but this one was all right.

This is the most fun I had reading a book in months. I absolutely LOVED it. The Obianidala vibes, Bail and Obi-Wan flirting so hard Eli Vanto and Thrawn would be jealous… it was like reading fanfic, in the sense that it was well executed fan service with just the right amount of plot.

And I like how it ties into episodes of The Clone Wars. Because despite being Legends due to its release date, it can be canon in my heart and not contradict actual canon. Best of both worlds.

I will say I was not the biggest fan of how Yoda was depicted and his trust in Palpatine, but considering he wasn’t there much I won’t take off stars for it.
