This is an interesting book for anyone who communicates academic or scientific information to diverse audiences. It also conveyed interesting information concerning empathy and how empathy factors into communication. Alda spent more time detailing the value of improvisation exercises than I would have liked, but overall it was a great read. As one can imagine, Alda has an entertaining and effective way of writing about his ideas and research.
