The author encourages the reader to get the app that she developed to get their personal astrological chart. That made reading this book much more fun for me. I ended up googling many aspects of my chart and went down a small rabbit hole on the internet. I don’t fully believe/think that astrological charts are predictive of people’s personalities, but it was interesting to read the parts that did line up very well.

This one was a page turner for me. It really kept me wondering what was going on and trying to guess the whole time.

I can see why a lot of people like this book, but I don’t particularly like an unreliable narrator so I think that skews my opinion. It is definitely a page turner though so it’s a fast and interesting read.

I enjoyed the premise of this book, but it just felt like it was doing too many things. There were so many things happening it was hard to determine the author’s core idea. An interesting listen just a little too busy.

I found the use of the Shakespearean plot an interesting way to present this story. It made the parts of Romeo and Juliet that were hard to explain more believable because of the characters and setting being used. I thought this was a clever remake.
