there were definitely some stories that i really enjoyed in this anthology. r.o. kwon’s ‘safeword’, carmen maria machado’s ‘the lost performance of the high priestess of the temple of horror’ & zeyn joukhadar’s ‘the voyeurs’ i particularly enjoyed! the rest kind of just jumbled together. like many others have said, this anthology just lacked some range for me! i liked a lot of the contributors’ work & will definitely be checking some of them out but i wish there were more diversity in the actual range of content. definitely a bit of fun though!
