This one was so good, I couldn’t put it down!

Liv and her parents move to a new town just as Liv is about to start high school. Liv has a very goth aesthetic, one that would rival Lydia Deetz. But she’s hesitant to trust people, especially when she thinks they’re just going to be mean to her later. When she finally does open up, Liv has to determine if she’s opening up to the right people and what exactly she’s comfortable sharing.

I truly could not put this book down and would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes queer coming-of-age stories with a Y2K vibe.

A wonderful story about finding your way through the hardest of times.

Anya has just become a Moth Keeper, a job that she has always wanted. As the Moth Keeper, she must stay up all night and tend to the moths that pollinate the tree in the village, which is a huge part of the villages’ way of life. But the nights are cold and Anya is lonely. Does she stick to her job or search for something other than the night she knows.

The folk tales behind this story as well as the art on each page, brings this mystical and mysterious story to life. It’s a beautiful story and if mystical powers from the moon sounds interesting to you, then you should check this story out!
