4 and a half stars. I really enjoyed the series as a whole, but I'm actually more excited to RE-read it, maybe in a year. Is that weird? A lot of people compare it to Harry Potter, but with only 3 books versus 7, a lot is definitely not fleshed out as much. And how could it be? I really loved Grossman's snarky asides throughout all 3 books. Very easy to read, lots of continuity and he never made reference to some plot point that wasn't addressed later on. I'm very happy I read this trilogy!
