Hogfather by Terry Pratchett

One of my all time favorite Discworld books. Probably because it is set around Christmas and that is my favorite time of the year! I also love the Death character.
Discworld Novels were a series of books I really got into around the age of about 13 to 16. Terry Pratchett really got me back into wanting to read books for fun!
I will have to go back and read them all though as forgot most of the stories by now ha ha...

The Return of the Native by Thomas Hardy

This is a book I only read as I was going out with a girl and she was studying it as part of her English. Is very long and "descriptive". Remember thinking it could had been shortened right down to nothing if it stuck to the story and didn't go off topic. But then again it's an old English classic and that is how they are ha ha! But not too bad. Just wouldn't choose to ever read it again.
