This short story was so good and this was such a sweet and tender book. Georgia and Rocky's chemistry was off the charts and the sexual tension nearly killed me but it was totally worth it for the hot and sexy happy ending.
I was in a bit of a reading rut but I loved this book from beginning to end. Bo is such a neurotic but caring person and I absolutely the Dichotomy of Adam's character. All around this was a sweet heartfelt story that had a bunch of hot sex scenes. A perfect fairytale retelling and a perfect example of a well written romance novel.
TRIGGER WARNINGS: Mentions of Parental Incest (neither MC participates in that), Godson/Godparent relationship, Age Gap, Previous relationship with MC's father, Mild to Moderate mention of Age Play.
I would have given this book five stars if it had any trigger warnings. However, there were quite a few triggers that neither the blurb nor the cover prepared me for. This book is not for everyone, if your reading sensibilities are more on the normal or prudish side give this book a wide berth. For me it's was an emotional rollercoaster ride and both Cornell and Reese's relationship was so emotional. especially with the death of Cornell's best friend and occasional lover. I also loved how the author dealt realistically with the ageism in the BDSM community and for me (as a disabled person myself) how the author wrote about Cornell's disability and his gradual acceptance of his new normal.
His disability wasn't cured with the power of Reese's love, and I love how Reese is accepting and accommodating to Cornell's disability. As for the sex, it was super hot (especially towards the end). Unfortunately, I wish I could give it 5 stars but they are way too many surprise triggers in this book for me to do that.
Trigger warnings for illusion to child sexual assault, and explicit homophobia. This was a really good story and this book really settled all the lingering threads in the first book. Also the sex was just hot I would be. Unfortunately, they were no trigger warnings about the CSA or the explicit homophobia and it triggered me. Its the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five.
This was such a cute book. It really combines music and romance in a totally sweet way. Frankie is a cinnamon roll and Johnny is hot and broken. Together they make a sweet and emotional combination. The only thing I had a problem with the length but lucky for me there is a sequel to tie up any lose ends.
I usually don't read M/F romance. Actually, I have read a M/F romance for over a decade and but the moment I read that blurb I knew I had to read it. It lived up to my expectations and more. First of all, Cherry is a black fat woman who is beautiful and confident which as a fat person myself is hard to find. Also the romance between Cherry and Ruben was sweet, hot, and sometimes heartbreaking. If you love Royal romances like I do, I highly recommend this book.
I loved Andrè and when I heard Jayce was dropping a new series I jumped on buying it. This book exceeded my expectations. As always the family drama hit close to home, the friendships between JaQ's group of black queer men was refreshing (more black queer friendships ftw), the romance was super cute, and the sex was so super hot. I will totally recommend to all of my friends.
I usually don't read m/m/f Erotica but I love Chenica and the story was so damn good that I was more than happy to jump out of my comfortzone. Chile, this book was emotional but the sex scenes so hot I think I got a permanent blush. But its way too short and with the twist ending, I felt like I need at least 10k more of this book.
