I wanted to stop reading this a few times, it is slow to start and doesn’t really get good until close to 300 pages in. However, once it gets going each part gets better and better. I cannot t recommend this book enough, I loved most of the main characters and the supporting characters shined brightly. I loved how everyone met up and their stories bled together seamlessly. Every fantasy reader should read this book.

The book has an interesting premise, however it does not tell you who the chapter is about and even though it is only 2 women it still keeps pulling you out. Also the journalist is more interesting to read about then the other woman.
