There is a video that has a summary  by the channel Books for Success. How to Be Your Own Therapist’ by Owen O'Kane. Boost Your Mood and Reduce Your Anxiety in 10 Minutes

Is the video's name. It gives you an insight into how basic this would be about core beliefs and mainly CBT. It doesn't seem to contain a lot of somatic things.

A bit boring at times, helped me fall asleep but it has some interesting bits along the way. It is not really suited for people who are disabled or on a low income.
Usually  when the story of a woman is told, the narrator does a weird woman's voice, which got a bit irritating.
