I can't understand the audacity of some debut novels being as slow paced af these days, like you had the fucking temerity to test me?! I was gonna give up.. I was undulating in slump skunk water, but then this fucking novel started to.. you know? novel, and I was glued.. Keep reading if you're bored by the beginning.. it gets better.
