I liked this couple at first and then I hated them. I honestly found Sabrina to be just awfully written. It felt like she was all over the place and I didn’t understand any of her actions or choices. My biggest criticism though is that there were some  weird scenes that made me uncomfortable while reading. I don’t think it was intentional but it was off putting but to put it simply she talks about how bad she wants to fuck Tucker while she’s looking at him holding their daughter and she says something along those lines and he has to readjust himself. I just felt like it was unnecessary to do that. Like I understand a man being a good dad is an attractive trait but like it was off putting. I also felt like this relationship was boring and lacked anything meaningful. It wasn’t slow burn, it was all that spicy, it wasn’t filled with anything but the most emotionally stunted and immature woman which is crazy because before she’s portrayed as this really cool, hardworking bad bitch. I don’t know. This one just didn’t hit. I loved The Deal but I hated Sabrina and Tucker.

I hate it. I wanted to love it but I hate it. I think its very pick me feeling and I just genuinely don't like the writing style. It feels like a middle aged woman trying to write about the younger generation and is trying to be hip and cool but its like they've never met a younger person in real life. They only know about them through social media.

just kind of slow and I have a lot of school reading to do so I just wasn't giving right now. Might try again later.

Loved it, ate it up. Something about an Elle Kennedy hockey romance just itches my brain just right.

I liked it enough I’ll pick up the next volume but it wasn’t much happening storyline wise. A lot of introductions to characters. Fairly familiar with the gods and goddesses and how they work together so I could pretty easily understand the dynamics. I did love Persephone and Hades, I always do love them in any story. Overall I liked it, didn’t fall in love with it yet but I want to keep reading it! Also some of the artwork was a little hard to see and make out what was happening. Persephone is so cute and deserved better than that near to last chapter :(

It started off fun and interesting but by the time the ending came around I was so tired of the characters and found them annoying and boring. The book also felt too long and the Ramona storyline was really pointless. It added nothing to the story. Grace is also a hypocrite and I feel like Logan could’ve had a better match up than her. It just wasn’t as good as the first book in the off campus series. :(

I think this story was so heartbreaking but beautifully done. The art style really gives a power to the story. I also think the author is a much better person than me as they show a lot of remorse and empathy towards the people who tormented them through life and recognized that they didn’t understand the implications and were most likely parroting their home lives. It’s a story I think a lot of people should see to understand the complexity of transracial adoption and also for anyone who struggles with bullying for being different in any way. I’m glad the author got their happy ending and went on to have a successful life outside of high school and outside of that town.
