Kind of has the vibe of a romance novel; a little bit cringe at times. It did have me hooked. Very interesting concept with a deep dive into the dangers of social media.

Dry, airy, and childlike. Rushed writing. It’s hard to keep track of who is who because of the lack of details. I’m glad to have read it, because I love her so much. I just don’t think writing is her strongest skill.
I want to squeeze her for all that she has gone through. She seems like a really sweet person, and mom.

Left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. It was far too long. The ending dragged the fuck on as well. If Peter’s chapters weren’t written in incomplete sentences this could have been a 4 or 5 star book. Peter was my favorite character. Sally Rooney is good at dialogue and character development, however it seems like she has gotten lazy. I’m sick of her no quotations or indents shtick.
