A fun read that definitely gave me Coraline vibes. But, Bela is written a few years younger than it’s said she is. And we were kept a distance away from her even though this is her story. I would still recommend this for the vibes but I’m glad I got this through the library.

A pleasant read that I look forward to continuing to see how the story unfolds. I really enjoyed the art style especially in the game.

I went into this expecting to love at least one of these stories but they were all just okay. I didn’t like Please Leave Or I’m Gonna Hurt You though.

This has some great quotes and I’m interested enough to continue the series but this was a big let down tbh.

If I had read this back in middle school I probably would have loved this book. I can still appreciate what it has done though.

This was a big disappointment. I completely believed I was going to love this but I put this down back in July because I was thinking of DNF’ing it maybe 40% of the way in and just decided to finish it even though my gut was telling me to dnf. 

The concept was what sold me but the execution was what failed me.

The first 70 or so pages I had no problem with but after not reading it for a bit and reading the rest I was dragging myself to finish this volume. The ending intrigued me so hopefully the next volume will be better.
