I'm sad this is the last one available to me via my library app, because I am practically desperate for the next volume! I suppose I'll have to patiently wait for the physical copy to release in a few months. But the way this plot thickens... I absolutely NEED to find out who this killer is!

Once again, another expertly crafted story. The way the artwork and its themes weave together to create such jarring imagery is something I live for with this genre. I can't wait for more.

Once again, this was another one of those covers where I had to do a double take so I could fully take it all in. Yet another stunning installment to this twisted series, told through the eyes of a female anthropomorphic serial killer.

Is it bad I almost find myself...rooting...for our main protagonist? She may not be a good person, but somehow, I want to hate this other serial killer more.

Anyway, if you loved the previous volume, I think it's a no-brainer that you'll love this one too.

Can we just stare in awe at how pretty this little book is? It's such a short story, but every single page is a work of art, absolutely exquisite.

Now if I'm being honest, the artwork is the selling point of this short story. You can see it straight off the cover. It's gorgeous. In comparison, the plot falls a little flat, but not flat enough that it became unmemorable. Its been a while since I read this, and I still remember a fair amount.

Overall, I think I enjoyed this, and the premise was unique, even though I think things moved a little fast at times. I am also uncertain what to make of the love interest our main character ends up with, but I did love his - and everyone else's - character designs.

I don't have much to say on this one, and I'm not sure I had many things to say about it back when I first read it, but that pretty cover had been staring at me for a while, so I'm glad I finally read it and it was a decent length.
