I did not expect this book to affect me as much as it did.

Until I can find time to write a review (hopefully soon!!), check out my blog at http://www.bookhuggerreviews.com for other reviews:)

This was a nice little change from what I usually read and I quite enjoyed this little breath of fresh air. So sweet and whole:)

I won't be reviewing this because it's for school, but I will say that I found it fairly easy to read and not too boring. Obviously there are other books I would rather be reading, especially since this is a required read for my AP European History class. However, I can't really say my time was wasted. It's a really interesting take on the Soviet Union and the entire book is an allegory for that period of time. If you like history like me, it's definitely something worth reading at some point in your life. Even if it's not exactly "fun" to read.

not going to rate this because I'm not sure what to give it--and it was required reading

in a nutshell, I would have enjoyed this more if I didn't have to take notes on it

I think that is one of the best books I've ever read for school. I might write a review for this later, but possibly not because it's not a priority.
