Finally rereading this series. I really loved it when I first read them in middle school or so. I find the story and characters very comforting.

I liked this one a lot, a lot more than Shadow and Bone, which I expected. Sometimes I felt like there were so many characters that I didn’t really know them as well as I wanted to, but I knew them enough. I like the relationship dynamics and I’m excited to read the next one.

The premise of this book is right up my alley, but there's other books I want to read more.
