Read this as a child and loved it for the calm but captivating story. Re-reading it as an adult I also love the beautiful language and description, whilst the story is captivating as ever.

Intriguing and with some good twists, including one particular gut punch. Weirdly, this was engaging whilst i was reading, but didn't particularly call me back to finish it when i did eventually have to put it down.

Started slowly, but very quickly pulled me in. Read in 2 sittings!
