I would’ve loved to have seen a mention of how Israel is actively trying to erase the Palestinian plant history of that region by planting non-natives and destroying farmland, if we’re going to talk about how important indigenous connection to land is. Still, good information here! Reminds me of ‘Eating to Extinction’ in a lot of ways.
