First-Time Caller by B.K. Borison
5.0
I was so beyond excited to get an arc of this book as I love Borison’s Lovelight Farm series.
This story had me on a rollercoaster or emotions. I adored the main characters but was so excited that Borison included so many fun and lovable side characters. Having spent some time in Baltimore I loved that it was set there and all the references! I bet this will make an awesome audiobook as it deals with being on a radio show and thought that element was so much fun. The hopeless romantics and banter was just everything for me!

Vacationing with the Vampire in Hallow's Cove by Lyonne Riley
4.5
This was such a cozy monster romance and a fun introduction to the world of Hallow’s Cove! Although this was a novella it was able to do a lot in a short amount of time. We got world building, character development and even some relationship development before we get to the smut! I’m always a fan of a grumpy /sunshine and Barnaby did not disappoint in the grumpy category! There is also quite the age gal which was fun to see Maisie’s curiosity around it and discovering the truth about vampires! Don’t even get me started on the fabulous banter between these two! I also had my heartstrings pulled a little which was quite the surprise. I can’t wait to see more from this world by the multi author series.
