This book spends A LOT of time unravelling the details of the Challenger accident, including business and political events that occurred well before January 1986. This isn't a book you want to read as an introduction to or overview of the disaster. Only venture here if you are highly interested in the court proceedings, engineering meeting minutes, and other minutiae of this event in aerospace history.

Quite repetitive and uses ellipses too liberally. Physics concepts are intentionally presented with minimal rigor. The author's commentary is not always clearly distinct from canonical paradigms.
