overall it was a good short story. I liked the layout of the storyline. I do feel that the story could have been longer and more in depth. it is a good start to the telling of this villian, maybe a continuation of this story will come about.

Excellent descriptions of animals and characters alike. You can literally vision them. I live the world building and how much depth Mr. Dodson has put into the growth and development of each and every character. We continue to follow our much loved FMC as she navigates this new land, learns about the inhabitants and wildlife, and strives to rebuild her kingdom, all while dealing with loss and tragedy. This is the 3rd installment of this amazing series.

It is a very enjoyable short story book, which contains three stories. Perfect for spooky season. You have just the right mix of mystery, thriller, and sci-fi. I couldn't put it down. It's fast-paced and will keep you guessing until the very end.

FMC was so kick ass. I loved her attitude and spunkiness. The MMC was totally devoted. A very well written and thought-out story plot. It does give some romance but no spice, which, either the amazing way the store was written it didn't need the spice. I could have just throttled one character in particular. I truly loved every word. I look forward to seeing more from this author.

This is the second book of the Tales of Obsedea. It's a fascinating novella that more than compliments the first book. I thoroughly enjoyed the imaginative world and character building of the series. The main character is known to be bullied and has to overcome tragedy and obstacles of life. It is a good read for any age group.

Unfortunately, this book was not of my hopes. The fmc seemed very needy. The spice sceens seemed forced. The dialog from the fmc was hard to understand if she was narrating or thinking. There were a lot of unnecessary descriptions. There was too much information given within the first 20% of the book, and it really left nothing to the imagination throughout the rest of the book. Then the ending made no sense to me, so I don't feel that the 2nd book is gonna be any better.

Spoliers Alert:
Search for a new home is the 2nd book in the archmage series, which is fast becoming my favorite series of the year. In this installment, we continue to follow Sol, Robin, & Creasy as they navigate the trials of living on the ocean while searching for a new place to call home. It is pertinent that everyone learn to get along & cooperate despite their differences. Since the tragedy of the other ship and the loss of her parents Sol has had to mature & become the leader she was always meant to be. I can't wait to read the next installment. Thank you so much, Mr. Dodson for allowing this epic adventure into the world.

This is an amazing read. Easy and quick (if don't keep getting interrupted, that is) "family life, what can you do?" It has a little bit of it all. Love, magic, fantasy, and enemy to friends. I absolutely love the fact that there are very vivid descriptions of the creatures and people. I can't wait to read the next part.
