This book is a bit of a hagiography, because Johnson's hero can't do a lot wrong. Despite this it's a enjoyable read, because Johnson writes with knowledge and wit. The Churchill Factor gives a good overview on this giant of UK history.

Good dystopian novel set in the near future. Besides numerous action scenes interesting thoughts of the future of the European Union which sound very plausible given the current state of Europe. Alas the story's pace slows down a bit in the end and the storytelling gets a bit repetitive. But still a good read.
