not nearly as good as TATBILB but a good read! Lara Jean and (spoiler) Peter weren't really a good match but it was cute to watch them try so hard to make it work. a refreshing change of pace from the usual "perfect pairing who always 100% gets along!" story.

A true work of art. The language and descriptions were sweet and flowed well. The bits of French really helped immerse me in the time period and place. The action built slowly to a wonderfully suspenseful climax. And I learned so much about aristocratic life in late 1700s France.

I loved the format of switching between History and Today. I was sucked into this book on the very first page, and although it took me a while to get through due to the heavy content and my health issues, it was absolutely amazing. Full of love and heartbreak, grief and healing, this was a story of rich emotion and humanity.

An amazing conclusion to an amazing series! I'm sad to see these characters go but I know it's their time. The ending seemed to come a bit abruptly but it was a nice ending; I'm satisfied. There were so many twists and turns i never could've predicted. Absolutely loved it.
