This series is so cute and really easy to follow. I love the character development. I really loved how Birdie goes from insecure and lacking confidence in some areas to really stepping into who she is (and wearing the adorable clothes). Cohen is great. Overall this is a sweet romance.

Who doesn’t love a tattooed man?! Hen and Tyler are probably my favorite characters in the Hello series. I loved their interactions, their struggles, and finally coming together. The story is relatable and I loved their family dynamics in this one.

Liv and Fletcher are the ultimate - crushing on my older brother’s best friend trope. Their story is cute but most of all, I really appreciated how Liv treated Fletcher’s daughter, Maya. Rather than give up when Maya didn’t know how to express her feelings, Liv taught her it’s ok to be mad and sad and how to appropriately express herself.

I laughed so much during this book. Jonas is so incredibly patient with Mara and her biases. It was fun reading about a romance author and some of her biases towards certain male professions, like an accountant. This was a cute and easy read.

I loved Desmond. He is the perfect mix of broody, mysterious, protective, adorable and morally grey. Callie is, at times, too whiney about things but it fits her character well. There is more character building than world building. I LOVED the the use of flashbacks to help build the story while also helping you understand the characters.

I loved reading Siya an Grath’s story in this prequel to Faeries of Death. This ends on a cliffhanger and I’m dying to read the next one. Siya way also a nice break from the typical badass FMC. Instead, Siya is shy, emotional and gets scared allowing others to take on the battles. Grath is the perfect strong male easy to unalive his people if they dare touch his woman! This shoul be added to your TBR and read sooner rather than later.

In this prequel to the Fae Isles series, we meet Allie, a spicy human, and Agenor, an ancient fae lord. Let me start by saying I LOVED their letters. I LOVED Allie’s fearlessness and I LOVED Agenor’s attempts (and many failures) to impress Allie. This book is a perfect setup for the Fae Isles series and is a must read to understand the world Emelin is dealing with.

Read this if you like:

*strong FMC
*touch her and die
*morally grey MMC
*found family
*fun banter

To avoid some minor spoilers read this one AFTER The Lord of Gold and Glory.
