What Happened To You?: Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing by Bruce D. Perry, Oprah Winfrey

This should be a REQUIRED read for everyone.. it is so important to understand how our mind and body develop after experiencing any sort of trauma. Wow. Let’s shift the conversation from “What is wrong with you?” to “What happened to you?”. Great book with lots of helpful information (that is referenced and easy to grasp all throughout the book), and stories that show examples of the intricacy of trauma in the life of an individual. Wonderfully written.
