Milquetoast as far as the monster lover genre goes, but funny and clipped along at a fan fiction pace.

So incredibly funny! Douglas Adams level humor. So many times I caught myself laughing out loud or leaning to my partner to read passages, which I never do. I think if you come into this book expecting "Legends and Lattes", you'll probably be disappointed. This lampoons L&L in the best possible way, remaining cozy and small, but it is absurdly goofy and I can see how that would turn off people who come to this only to be wrapped up in a warm blanket of words. Those people need to take a breath and get over their disappointment, because they are really missing out.

Repetitive, with a Mary Sue who has autism as a super power (in the way that shows that the author doesn't know how autism works)
