This was fun for what it was (a holiday romance novella from a writer I know I enjoy), but gets knocked down by the terrifying reveal that our male love interest has some serious stalker tendencies that are absolutely ignored. 

I liked a lot of things about this, but in the end I don’t know if anything from it will stick with me. Maybe it’s a product of the length, but this felt almost superficial (unfortunate as its pretty much just a study of human character)

This was cute, but boy did it take me a while to warm up to Tia (maybe even the entire book). I know everything feels dramatic as a teen but cut your mom a break, please. 

I had so much fun with this. It was a little long there in the middle, but I loved the constant wandering and the wrap up. 

What a great memoir. We jumped around timeline-wise a bit, but whenever I felt we were kind of “tiring” a subject out (understanding this is her life and not something just for our enjoyment), she’d switch — which kept the pace nicely. 

Didn’t love this one as much as the first one, but excited to continue the series. 

Maybe in comparison to the last book in this series ANYTHING would have pleased me, but I thought this was cute
