I actually just read this one after the other novellas, since I was waiting for Overdrive to hurry up! Loved this one and seeing how Dorothy becomes bad!!

I think it's really crappy that people are throwing out 1 stars for no reason without reading, so to counteract one of those people that is why I am changing mine to a 5 because it's messed up. If you read the book and totally hated it that's fine, but cmon now to those that threw out a 1 for no reason.

This book was not what I expected it to be. It's about two sisters, Tru's chapters are the present while Od's are the past. There is a whole lot of sadness, but a beautiful bond between sisters. You go back and forth wondering if monsters are real or not. A great book that kept me captivated! Review on my blog https://literarydust.wordpress.com/2017/08/30/review-odd-true/

So, I do have a short story in this one, but I'm judging the other stories! There are 8 space horror type short stories in this book. I have to say the one from Madeleine Swann was my favorite. It was weird and cool, which I'm all about! They were all different, yet they all brought out different versions of scifi!

I like weird! And this had some awesomely weird stuff! The Oz world was pretty cool with some very dark aspects, yet some good humor was blended in along with it. There was a twist at the end that I would not have guessed, if I hadn't read the prequels first! I liked Amy, and she felt like an actual teen, not a forty year old in a teen's body. I'm ready for the next book! Full review on my blog https://literarydust.wordpress.com/2017/09/07/review-dorothy-must-die/
How to Pack: Travel Smart for Any Trip by Hitha Palepu

So, I thought this book was cutely made, and it has a lot of info. If you are a seasoned traveler, you will prob find this book pointless. I, however, just started going on an annual summer vacay and will probably use this bad boy. There were some things that I found obvious, but overall pretty decent. I liked the whole tarot card aspect. I wasn't a big Jack fan but towards the end he really grew on me.

Pretty predictable but entertaining nonetheless. I just didn't like how long Aria was without her memories and not seeing more of how Aria initially met Hunter, so that was weird and made it feel like a second book vs. first book. I did like the characters, and the fact that Mystics seemed X-men like. Full review on my blog https://literarydust.wordpress.com/2016/07/29/review-mystic-city/
