This started a bit different from her normal works, but it quickly picks up and turns into quite an interesting ghost story and mystery with some stellar twists!

So excited to see this author at @montrealmysteryfestival in May! This was a total binge read and I’m ready for more of this character!

Enjoyable easy read. Loved the ending twists. I really didn’t see all that coming and it made it that much more enjoyable.

Very unique and enjoyable thriller that tends to keep you on the edge of your seat. I didn’t love the open ending because I love a concrete whodunit, but it was a wild ride.

Well I’ve got to say that I saw this entire book coming and I could have told you what was going to happen and I would have been totally WRONG! I was shocked and so glad that I didn’t see all these twists. So good.

Interesting new series! I can’t wait to read the next one. Love how linguistics. Was easily explained in nice bite sized paragraphs. It wasn’t the entire story either and the twists. I didn’t see all of that coming!

Heartbreaking, beautiful, addicting and superb story. I literally can’t recommend this enough. New favourite Hannah for me. It’s so amazing.

This was really adorable and just a great palate cleanser after so many mysteries and thrillers. The characters were amazing and I want to go to Get Out so badly for my next vacation. Sounds so perfect for relaxing. Definitely recommend.

I love Foster and her team and I feel like usually I’d have given up a series by this book because I’m not a huge series girl - but I can’t get enough. They are always filled with big twists, gory deaths and a non stop pace. I definitely recommend.

Thank you to @libro.fm for my free listening copy!

This was addicting and fast paced. It was short, but one I’ll be thinking of for a while. It was so so good - definitely look for the trigger warnings first - but I would definitely recommend.
