typical second chance romance book but it hit 

i read the first one a long time ago and had no idea what was happening. i also realized i am not a YA girl as much anymore 

the story was fine, if a bit boring. my biggest pet peeve with this was the author explaining every single backstory from the original percy jackson series. most everyone who is reading the senior year adventures has read the original series. no need to explain the backstory to every remark. very irritating 

i liked this book! sally was a very odd but lovable MC and you can’t help but be entertained by her awkwardness. but there was no twist at the end like i though 

science fiction is just not my genre 

so so sad
