This series will be the death of me.

I’m unwell after devouring the second book. The plot, the angst, the banter, everything contributed to this amazing fantasy book. I greatly enjoyed the representation of different characters and how they embrace their differences. It brings a breath of fresh air to fantasy books.

I’m so thankful to Random House Publishing Group and Demi Winters for an arc of Kingdom of Claw.

This is the epitome of fantasy. Vikings, magic, adventure, a little love and a whole lot of ass kicking. I loved following Silla’s story as she travels the Road of Bones. The world building was so detailed it was like you were on the road too. While this is a longer book, I finished it wanting hundreds of pages more to read. I’m so excited for the second book in this series!

Unassisted spontaneous orgasms. That’s all that’s needed to know about this book. I’ll never look at water the same way 😂

For a sentient object book, this one was a whole lot of fun!

A quick fun easy dragon shifter read! There’s enough of a background given throughout the story to follow, but the overall plot is minimal with more brushing over scenes. I almost wish the book was a little bit longer to provide more details in certain scenes.

Oceans 11 meets cyber punks meets family over everything vibes! This sapphic sci-fi heist book is the perfect light and fun read. I’m not usually a sci-fi fan but the world building was easy to follow and I loved the little snips of things from Earth. The only thing I had a hard time believing was the tension between Edie and Angel, it was almost too enemy/hateful to believe the angst and tension of the main characters. Overall this was a solid read!

A fun read, but extremely predictable. Things also felt very rushed and not authentic at times.

I need some time to process this book. Maybe even reread. So much happened, but also very repetitive at times.

The premise of this story is a Snow White retelling which sounded amazing. However I found the overall storyline to be lacking and way too many subplots going on. I struggled to connect with the FMC who often acted very childish and selfish. The lack of chemistry between Eve and Nova made the insta-love not even slightly believable, there was zero chemistry or relationship built up to believe they both “loved” each other. I am left with so many questions after finishing this book.
