Ahhhhhhhhh I don't wanna spoil it but why did it have to end like that???

This was such a well written, intricate book. We all know I love a heist, but mix in tea, vampires and talking out about colonialism? Bitch take my money now!

Go read it, just go do it

I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. I kept seeing this in The Works and then after I bought it (curse you 3 for £6 deal!) my friend said she read it and really enjoyed it!

The characters have a one night stand which leads to an unexpected pregnancy (from the blurb so no spoilers here) but then they build an honest, trusting, loving relationship built upon friendship and communication. There's no third act break-up, it's two people healing their relationships with themselves whilst building the other up and I think that's just beautiful. It's how love and relationships ought to be.

Their disabilities aren't glossed over, they're talked about and insecurities and anxieties are visible. It's definitely well worth a read

Author is clearly jaded from life in customer service (as we all are) and I couldn't help but laugh at his dry sense of humour
