The writing feels very elementary and uses a lot of basic phrases often found in these sorts of mysteries. Felt a tad cheesy. I also was often confused with scenes that ended abruptly or with actions/character movements that weren’t fully explained.

Really really good!! Loved!! Women behaving badly but written with such depth and grace. And Molly Aitken is a gem! Can’t wait to go back and read her debut.
