Sailor Moon Eternal Edition 10 by Naoko Takeuchi

Loved the ending to my favorite manga series. The Stars arc really hits hard with so many tragic scenes and moments but it's always great. Can't wait to see it fully animated in Sailor Moon Cosmos. Definitely give this a read if you haven't already but plan to see the movies.

I really enjoyed this book. It paid a little too much attention to detail of the architecture (which does make sense) but sometimes it was a little much. It took a bit to get into, but once I was in, I was in. I thought the story was interesting and even if the ending was a bit obvious, it still took an unexpected turn. A must read for any fan of "Murder, She Wrote" and loving a good cozy mystery with fun characters all taking place in a quiet little town where people don't get murdered.

This book was highly recommended and I thought it was just my lack of understanding of sci-fi but I had some overall complaints.
-There is way too much description of certain parts trying to describe areas of the ship. Action tends to get lost in all the descriptions. You understand why the narrator describes so much, but it was overwhelming
-The plot was very hard to follow. I felt like there was too many plot ideas going on and it all got muddled. The ending was less than satisfying as it tried to explain everything in the last 10 or so pages
-I don't think this should be marketed as a thriller as the thriller aspect died out pretty quick.
I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy this book but I did not and maybe it's because I'm not a sci-fi person but please read and hopefully you enjoy it. It had some good points but I was sadly dissapointed.

The End?
Well this book certainly took everything from before and flipped it upside down, that's for sure. It's interesting how this sequel plays out but I got very much into it. We now follow Maddie and we get a much better picture into her life and the events that lead her to this point.
We also learn much more about her parents and everything that Satan hinted to at the end of the first book.
--------Spoilers----------
I picked this book up first, not knowing Damned came first, so I had to read that to get to this and it has been an entertaining journey, that apparently isn't over just yet.

I know people are divided on this book but it was so interesting and really focuses on what makes a person who they really are VS what they thought they were and what it means to reinvent yourself
This story had many twists and turns that kept me intrigued. The non-linear format is very much a Palahniuk style and it works very nice here.
I would highly recommend!

This was a short novella but it was an interesting one. As always, Murakami lets you to sink and think about what you've just read and wonder about what really happened. Was a fun little story and the book design was incredible.

I really enjoyed this. It's marketed as short stories but it is more like one long narrative connected by various people. It mostly follows Mari and her interactions will people and how everything is essentially connected.
I also like the idea that the night is almost a completely separate world where more happens than we think.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit means Detective Noir!
This was recommended to me by a friend and I really enjoyed it. The characters were fun, the scenario was interesting it is very meta in terms of a detective novel aware that it is a detective novel. Highly recommend!

This has been sitting on my shelf for so long but finally reading it with a nudge from a friend.
I really enjoyed the story and the art style is beautiful. It does jump around at parts but once you get used to it, it's very easy. It's originally a webcomic and they tend to do that more than normal comics but definitely a great read and good start to the series.

I really wanted to like this book but it was a struggle. This book couldn't decide what it wanted to be. It was strange things, mixed with it, mixed with I know what you did last summer.... it was too much ask wrapped up in one.
Not one of my favorites.
