cute read!! a really diverse range of characters, we love to see it!! the art is super prettyy.I read it in 30 min, it was a blissful break from "beautiful world, where are you". expect many more short books/ graphic novel reads cuz idk if I will fulfill my reading goal this year 😵
Mythology (DK Eyewitness Books) by Neil Phillip

i read a couple mythology sections (some Greek, Hindu, inuit ) but i just got real bored and didn't love the format (too many facts and images condensed on one page). I think i just want to get back to reading a novel and felt the need to read this book cuz i own it lol (and haven't read it since i was 12)

Also sidenote, INUIT MYTHOLOGY IS WILD 😭 it almost always includes humans marrying some sort of animal but it's also pretty interesting

no plot, just vibes
very funky comic, i love the art and think it would make a cool shirt for a skater/stoner boy (or me :) )
a very simple but not necessarily mindless read, i would argue it has some deeper meaning.

I like when John Green talks about seemingly "unimportant" topics that reveal alot about humans and our relationship to the world (like Kentucky Bluegrass and Penguins of Madagascar)

I give The Anthropocene Reviewed four and a half stars ;)

SO AMAZING where to start? I read this when I was in 6th grade. It introduced me to anorexia, which was deeply interesting to me the struggles of Emily's sister. I loved the characters and plot. However, it was a tad bit predictable. over all, GREAT BOOK!
